Coaching Packages
Pricing for Coaching Packages vary, depending on the level of customization (please see Optional Coaching Services). While some sessions are face-to-face, the majority of sessions are by phone, Skype or Web-Ex. For more information, please contact Amanda.
Six month individual coaching program
This package is for you if you face a strategic business decision or new leadership challenge, or need to develop new leadership skills.
Features:
- A strategy session to clarify goals and desired outcomes from the coaching process.
- 3, 50-minute coaching sessions each month.
- Unlimited email support.
- Session summaries, including action items, key concepts to remember, suggested reading and homework.
- Short (10 minutes), laser coaching calls between sessions as needed.
- Leadership SWOT and Leadership Vision Statement.
Three month individual coaching program
This package is available only to clients who have worked through the Leadership Accelerator Program.
Features:
- 2, 50-minute coaching sessions.
- Session summaries, including action items, key concepts to remember, suggested reading and homework.
- Unlimited email support.
- Short (10 minutes), laser coaching calls between sessions as needed.
After completing the Leadership Accelerator Package, you may sign on for individual sessions with Amanda on a monthly or as needed basis. Individual sessions may also include experiential coaching with horses.
Want to move the dial on your leadership abilities? Individual sessions with the horses at Epona Meadows are powerful opportunities to increase your leadership presence and authority, gain self-awareness, create and maintain trust, and have more effective partnerships. You may incorporate coaching sessions with horses into the Leadership Accelerator or Maintenance Package.
For an additional fee, any of these additional coaching services can be incorporated into the Leadership Accelerator, Maintenance or Coaching with Horses Packages. They may also be stand-alone services.
- Leadership Assessment: Either the short or long form of Emotional SMARTS® an assessment that enables you to assess your proficiency in four main areas of emotional intelligence.
- Team Coaching: Sessions with you and individual employees or your direct report team.
- 360 Degrees Coaching: Interview direct reports and provide summary of feedback.
- Job shadowing: Individual or team support through observation of meetings, management or business activities or whole day work shadowing.
