Amanda's Arabians and her donkey, Guinness, are generous and patient co-facilitators in the equine-assisted process with leaders and teams. Like all horses, they insist on knowing who the leader is in every interaction. And because of this, they are natural experts in training team and leadership competencies.

They engage with you and your team, giving immediate feedback on group and interpersonal dynamics, as well as individual leadership strengths and weaknesses. They can be willing or unwilling partners — just like people. Their kindness and compassion can help you become a better and very different leader than you ever imagined.
