Amanda grew up in Connecticut, riding and showing her beloved Thoroughbred-Quarter Horse. Her lifelong love of horses and personal experiences with their healing influences in human lives, led her to a process that incorporates leadership development, team building and coaching with experiential learning, using horses as teachers and guides. She is an Approved Instructor in Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning (EFEL). In a former life, Amanda sang professionally.
Now a seasoned interim executive and respected consultant, she's able to look past personalities and finger pointing and get to the heart of what needs to change.
